Meet Steven Shen

Steven Shen memorizes the geography of cities he doesn’t live in.

He sketches places he’s never been, gets unnecessarily attached to very specific corners of very specific cities, and occasionally turns these obsessions into ads. This has somehow become a career plan.

He currently studies advertising at USC in Los Angeles, where he works mostly in art direction, ideas, and whatever else gives him an excuse to make something, like hiking or going to Knott’s Berry Farm.
